There are many ways to connect and serve at Hilton UMC. The ministry of Hilton UMC relies on volunteers like yourself. Thank you for helping provide hospitality at Hilton UMC along with serving missions that impact our community.
Communion Servers needed for the Sunday 10 am Worship Service. Usually communion is served on the first Sunday of the month, but can change – check the date posted. 5 Servers are needed for the Sanctuary. If you have any questions, please contact the church office 585-392-8761
We are looking for two people each Sunday (one Eastside, one Westside) to welcome people as they arrive for worship and to help visitors with any questions. Also, give any visitors a welcome bag.
Coffee hour is a time of gathering in the Fellowship Hall following the Sunday 10 am Worship Service. Volunteers are needed to put out treats, make sure there is coffee supplies out and clean up afterwards.
The Sound Booth Technicians are trained volunteers who runs the sound and audio visual aspects of the Worship Service. Please arrive at church at 8:45 am to be part of the pre-worship prayer time and go over the service. A Lay Liturgist is the person that assists Pastor during the Worship Service by reading the Scripture Lesson. Please arrive at church no later than 9:30 am to be ready for the service. If you have any questions, please contact the church office 585-392-8761
